Your access and use of the Vedic AstroGPT Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by the Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship (“Agreement”) between you and Vedic AstroGPT. If you do not understand the Terms or do not accept any part of them, then you may not access or use the Vedic AstroGPT Services. Vedic AstroGPT may immediately terminate the Terms or refuse any Vedic AstroGPT Services with respect to you, delete accounts, remove or edit content, or generally cease offering or deny access to the Vedic AstroGPT Services or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Supplemental terms may apply to some Vedic AstroGPT Services, such as policies for a particular activity or promotion, and such supplemental terms will be disclosed to you. Supplemental terms shall be deemed a part of the Terms for the purposes of the applicable Vedic AstroGPT Services.

Vedic AstroGPT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend the Terms from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon Vedic AstroGPT’s posting of such updated Terms. Your continued access or use of the Vedic AstroGPT Services after such posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended. If You do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Vedic AstroGPT Services.

Vedic AstroGPT Services

The Vedic AstroGPT website and mobile applications provide Vedic astrology content and the ability to ask astrological queries related to birth charts. Vedic AstroGPT answers user queries through Large Language AI models that are made to operate on principles of Vedic astrology.

You acknowledge and agree that Vedic AstroGPT is an AI service and not a human astrologer. Vedic AstroGPT does not control the quality, relevancy, or accuracy of any advice provided and does not determine whether any response is qualified, accurate, correct, relevant, or appropriate. We do not endorse, recommend, evaluate, warrant or guarantee any response, advice, prediction, recommendation, or other information provided by Vedic AstroGPT. You understand that any information provided to You by Vedic AstroGPT is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional astrologer.

THE VEDIC ASTROGPT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY. You should not rely on or make personal or financial decisions based on the Vedic AstroGPT responses without consulting a human astrologer.

License and Access to Use Vedic AstroGPT Services

You acknowledge that Vedic AstroGPT is not responsible for the consequences of users' reliance on the provided astrological insights. Vedic AstroGPT does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any responses or advice provided through the service.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vedic AstroGPT against any claims or losses resulting from your use of the service.

Waiver of Class Action

You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Vedic AstroGPT.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

User Accounts

Limitation of Liability

THE VEDIC ASTROGPT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. VEDIC ASTROGPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE. IN NO EVENT WILL VEDIC ASTROGPT'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. You agree that the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute with Vedic AstroGPT arising under these Terms.

Changes to Terms

Vedic AstroGPT may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on this site. Your continued use of the Services after amendments constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
